Worship & Music
What to Expect
In our historic Sanctuary, with its classical stained glass windows, we mix traditional with contemporary worship. In addition to printed materials such as bulletins and hymnals, screen technology is used to assist in leading the congregation, helping them follow along and join in.
A nursery area is available just off the Sanctuary. However, we enjoy and encourage children of all ages to remain in the Sanctuary for the entire service. In fact, there is a children’s time offered during the service.
Joyful Noise
Music is a vital part of the worship experience at FPC Marion. There are many talented musicians in our congregation and we enjoy their talents in the worship service. Adult musicians of all abilities can choose to sing in the Chancel Choir or play hand bells in the Adult Bell Choir. Musicians of all ages also use their talents as soloists and in small groups to enrich the worship experience.
Social Time
You are invited to socialize after service in the Social Hall. Grab a snack and a cup of coffee, join a table, and chat. Join us at any time!
