We have begun to look for a half time Director of Christian Education that, as the job description says, “…will have primary responsibility for designing and leading weekly K-12 Bible Study/Sunday School, Wednesday night K-8 programming, providing support for the middle school and high school Youth Coordinator, and planning for Adult Christian Education opportunities.”

The weather is warmer and the grass is growing. That means we need some help. If you are willing to do some mowing there will be a sign up sheet in the social room. You will need to be able to bring your own mower. Actually, the grass is pretty long at the moment. If someone would be willing to do some mowing before Sunday, that would be fantastic.
The Rev. Jim Langley will be our guest preacher this Sunday. His text is Luke 24:13-35 and his sermon title is “A New Normal.” Sam Raiche will be singing a solo at the first service.
It is also Mother’s Day. You mother would like you to be in church on Sunday. Just saying…
