Where different is okay

If you're looking for a place to call home, we'd love to welcome you to FPC. We are an open, affirming, and inclusive church family trying to do things a little differently from how they've always been done.

At FPC, following Jesus is less about ancient doctrines and dogmas that you have to agree with to be part of the family, and more about relationships...asking questions...expressing our doubts, and looking for answers together.

Together is a good word to describe us. We believe church is about living, loving, and sharing in life with all its ups and downs, TOGETHER.

We believe Jesus meant what he said about loving our neighbors (ALL of them), caring for those on the margins, and welcoming in those the world would rather keep out. That's why we're proud to be part of the Covenant Network of Presbyterians, a national organization advocating for the rights of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as a founding member of Marion Affirming Congregations.
